Ms. Colisha Frasier is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the State of South Carolina. She received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

In addition, Mrs. Frasier earned a Master of Education degree in Guidance Counseling from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, and is working on her dissertation for a Doctorate in Administrator Leadership from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mrs. Frasier is also a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and South Carolina Mental Health Counselors Association (SCMHCA).

Prior to joining MCA, Mrs. Frasier worked as a Professional School Counselor in the Rock Hill High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Counselor Specialist for the Prince George's County Public Schools, Division of Student Services, in Largo, Maryland, Guidance Chairperson for the Horry County Public Schools at the Middle School in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Teacher for the Horry County Public Schoiols at Loris High School in Loris, South Carolina, School-based Counselor for the Orangeburg Area for Mental Health in Orangeburg, South Carolina, and Counselor in the Community Services Program for Adults at the Waccamaw Center for Mental Health in Conway, South Carolina.

Mrs. Frasier has an extensive background in mental health and school-based counseling, substance abuse and family therapy as well as the treatment of various psychiatric disorders.

She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of migraine and tension headaches, trauma-based syndromes (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Disorders) and marital separation and divorce.
